Shipping policy
- Delivery Time (Cairo & Giza): 3 to 5 business days.
- Delivery Time (Other Governorates): 5 to 7 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
- Order Inspection: Customers are allowed to inspect and try on the garments while the courier is present. If you wish not to receive the order, only the shipping fee is paid to the courier.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During collection launches, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Within Egypt: 2–5 business days.
- International Orders: 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or peak seasons.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information (where available).
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

تجهيز الطلب
يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع. أما الطلبات التي يتم تقديمها في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو الإجازات الرسمية، فيبدأ تجهيزها في أول يوم عمل يليها.
قد تستغرق عملية التجهيز وقتًا إضافيًا خلال فترات إطلاق المجموعات الجديدة أو العروض الموسمية.
مدة التوصيل
- داخل جمهورية مصر العربية: من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل.
- الشحن الدولي: من 7 إلى 15 يوم عمل حسب دولة الوجهة.
جميع المدد المذكورة تقديرية وقد تختلف بسبب ظروف شركات الشحن أو الجمارك أو الأحوال الجوية أو المواسم المزدحمة.
رسوم الشحن
يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن تلقائيًا عند إتمام عملية الشراء وفقًا لموقع التوصيل وطريقة الشحن المختارة.
تتبع الطلب
بمجرد شحن الطلب، سيتم إرسال رسالة تأكيد تتضمن بيانات تتبع الشحنة (عند توفرها).
تعذر التسليم
إذا تعذر تسليم الطلب بسبب إدخال عنوان غير صحيح أو عدم تواجد المستلم أو تكرار محاولات التسليم غير الناجحة، فقد تتم إعادة الشحنة إلينا، وقد يتم تطبيق رسوم شحن إضافية لإعادة إرسالها.
الطلبات التالفة أو الناقصة
في حال وصول الطلب تالفًا أو وجود منتج مفقود، يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب حتى نتمكن من معالجة المشكلة.
الطلبات الدولية
يتحمل العميل أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب أو رسوم استيراد تفرضها قوانين الدولة المستقبلة للشحنة.
