At Nothingness, every piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure the highest quality.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- In their original condition.
- Returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Free from any signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another available item or receive a refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
